I was initially suspect about selling the property to an investment company but I knew I didn’t have the bandwidth or funds to clean and repair for conventional sale with a conventional Realtor.  I had many preconceptions about what the first meeting and walk through would be like and knew it would make or break the idea of going with an investor.  Additionally, this was a particularly stressful time, and I imagined just an awful person,  ready to take advantage of an already awful situation, a fast talking, promise making, pushy individual!  I could not have been more wrong!  Upon, meeting John, it is apparent he is there to help!  He was prompt, considerate, thoughtful, and professional.  He went through every inch of the property and took pictures of everything, all the while listening to the saga of what brought the property to where it was with no judgments, but with compassion. Once the walk through was complete, he explained the process clearly and patiently. He let me know how long the offer options would take (mine took 1 day) and, what to expect (such as empty complete home, typical closing timeline etc). It was clear to me when the walk through was over that this was the right thing to do!  John as the first point of contact was a huge factor!
